Return Policy

What is our return policy for electronics products?

Customers can submit a return or refund request only by contacting the customer support team via WhatsApp.

Products purchased can be refunded within 7 days if the following conditions are met:

  • If you need any clarification, please contact a customer service representative for assistance.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear, even if still under warranty.
  • Products that have been used, modified, assembled, or installed, unless defective.

To ensure your safety, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged, including products that have been used or opened:

  • Care products
  • Cosmetics
  • Perfumes
  • Oud wood
  • Oud oil
  • Musk and mixtures
  • Scented creams
  • Scented powder
  • Food items

Terms and Conditions

  • Goods exchange will not be accepted after 7 days from the order date.
  • There may be a slight difference in the external design "package - carton" of the product received by the customer, and some may request to exchange it. This is due to the manufacturer releasing a newer design for the package or outer carton of the product, and it does not differ from the product content. (The website guarantees this and always strives to update and renew product display images periodically).
  • In case of accepting the return, the value of purchased products will be refunded via bank cards to the bank card account within a period of up to 7 business days.

For your satisfaction, the following products will be returned:

  • If you received a damaged product, or a product different from the order by mistake, please notify us through customer service to return the product in its original condition and within 7 days of receiving the order. Products must be well-matched, in good condition, and unused.
  • You can also return cosmetic products, provided they have not been used or inspected, and they must be in their original condition as received from the seller, sealed.
  • If the products are counterfeit, and the original packaging is poor and attached with the returned product.
  • Proof of purchase must be attached, such as order confirmation or receipt.
  • Once products are received and after verification and inspection, the refund request will be processed and submitted:
  • Please verify and check the products to be returned before shipping. We will not be responsible for returning any incorrect / missing products.
  • When requesting a return for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or damaged products, return fees will be deducted (which will be determined upon request).

Note: If a product is returned due to a customer easily claiming a defect, and upon inspection, we found that the product has no defect, shipping and return fees will not be refunded.

Please note that shipping and return fees for any order are non-refundable, except in the case where the reason for product return is damage / defect.

Q: Can I return a cosmetic product in its original condition?

A: To ensure your safety, cosmetic products cannot be returned even if they are in their original condition.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation operations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. If your order is still being processed, you can cancel the order simply through the customer service communication team via WhatsApp, and no cancellation request will be accepted after 24 hours from registering the order on the website.
